The first change you might notice is that our boundaries have changed.  Because regions are divided by population of Toastmasters Clubs across the districts, our region now extends from North Carolina through Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania, and parts of West Virginia and Ohio.

The next change is that we have only one International Director where before we had two.  This is because the Region Advisor Marketing provides that additional coverage.  Both the International Director and the Region Advisor Marketing will be doing District visits.

Another change is that we are still happy to visit District Conferences, but don't be surprised to see us turn up at other events instead.  TLIs and District Executive Committee Meetings will be more our target audience.

This is a new era, and a new Region 7.  I look forward to joining you as we embrace our new paths together.
